Amadan’s – the story begins just like any familiar Irish joke, “Two Irishmen Walk into a pub…” The rest is history. Barry and Finnian first met on St. Patrick’s Day in 2004 at the Irish music session hosted weekly at a local establishment in LaCrosse, WI. The usual crowd had gathered, and beers and whiskey were flowing. During a break in tunes, the two lads broke out in song, complete with harmonies, as if it had been rehearsed. Before the night was through, they had booked their first gig! With many additions over the past 20 years, we cannot wait to see them on our stage!
Kellen O’Cullom – Kellen O’Cullom is a music lover here to share great Irish trad/folk songs. A favorite at Iowa Irish Fest & local venues throughout Iowa, we’re excited to welcome Kellen to our stage. Sponsored by Bodensteiner Implement.
Sorcha – Born out of love for the Celtic & Folk genres, Sorcha brings originality of arrangements and instrumental material to the forefront. These Iowa Irish Fest & Kansas City Irish Fest alums bring a fresh new take on Celtic music. We are excited for their first visit to Lawler Irish Fest!
Cory Farley – 9:00pm – Decorah, Iowa native Cory Farley is a Country Music Singer/Songwriter now Nashville Tn. Cory plays on the famous Broadway strip in Nashville multiple nights a week along with touring the country! Opening for the likes of country stars Alan Jackson and others, Cory is known for his dynamic stage performances, where he goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience for the audience. This is a community celebration based on our historic Irish roots. While proud of the past we are even more passionate about moving Lawler family culture forward. All proceeds are used for community improvement projects. Past items were new entrance pillars and gate at Junko Park, an electronic scoreboard installed at Junko Park, new basketball stations for both Highland and Croell Parks. In 2024 we donated towards the electronic sign (off Hwy. 24) in conjunction with the Lion’s Club. Your presence at the fest supports the musicians, the Irish Fest Committee and the community of Lawler!
Please support your friends and neighbors by attending this unique area event!
